One Day!!!!!
We leave tomorrow on the red eye to head for the cruise...thought I would just post some pictures of the girls getting their feathers in their hair yesterday. My son's girlfriend Rosy got one and the girls all wanted them and I told them I would do it for the cruise. So yesterday a lady came to our house and the girls picked their feathers and they were put in their hair. At the end the girls talked me into getting one too...mine is a little more subtle. Just a little something fun to do for vacation! :)

3 Days!!!!
Until we leave and head for our Eastern Caribbean Cruise, which I also like to call, my "Meet the Parent's" trip.
T and I are taking our 5 youngest kids on a cruise with his parents, his brothers and their families, and his sister and her kids! So far, I have only met his sister. Too bad we can't video tape the whole cruise, you never know, it could make a funny movie (ha ha).
Not sure I will be able to post about it or pictures until I get back, as I'm not sure what to expect with wifi on the ship...but I will for sure post if I can!
Here is the ship we sail on, Carnival Liberty...we will make stops at Half Moon Cay in the Bahamas; St. Thomas; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Grand Turk!
Until we return!!!

Memorial Day Weekend 2011
I also failed to post about our weekend in Palm Springs...we took all of the kids (except Jackie and JP) to Palm Springs. We had so much fun...the kids loved the pool, feeding the ducks, and just playing on the grounds.
T and I snuck away and did a little shopping for him...and we also snuck away for a date night where we had an awesome dinner and some alone time.
Rosy (Joey's girlfriend) and I took Joey shopping, as clearly, you can see, he needed a fashion makeover. ;)
At the end of the trip we stopped and introduced T and kids to our all time favorite family restaurant, Casa Del Rey in San Dimas. This is the picture where Charlie is ever so sweetly giving me bunny ears. ;)

Texas Pictures
I just realized I forgot to post the Texas pictures from our RV road trip...these are the ones I took with my camera (not my phone). So here they are...there are bunches...fun, fun times!
This first group is from Palo Duro Canyon in Amarillo Texas
My dad and me, and my step-mom Peggy and Jackie
After a lot of begging and pleading, T finally agreed to pull off the road and stop at the Cadillac Ranch.
A little stop in Santa Fe New Mexico
And another stop off the highway in Arizona...T finally agreed to stop at one of the Indian stores (do you get the feeling yet that T doesn't like to stop once on the road?)
And finally, our last stop is in Laughlin...we stayed at the resort where the kids had a blast!

Crazy Busy
Well, between visits from family, head lice, cheer-leading, a shopping trip, and life in general, there has not been much time at all to post in the blog!
We have had a few visits from my daughter Jackie who is 24 1/2 weeks pregnant. Can't believe I will have a grandchild in just a little over 3 months...and in case you haven't heard, it is a GIRL! Her name will be Hope.
My brother and his wife also came to visit us this past Sunday...we had a fun day with some good wines and lots of great conversation with them.
Last week T got a call that Claire Marie had head lice...wow, this has been a fun experience this past week (not)...washing everything in the house, vacuuming, shampooing, and nit checking.
On Saturday I took all three girls shopping, we had so much fun! The girls tried on so many clothes and all walked away happy with bags full. To say three girls are expensive would be an understatement. YIKES.
I have also taken on the volunteer position of cheer coordinator for the Little Indian Cheer Squad. I have been busy twice a week going to cheer sign ups to enroll girls...it is going to be a crazy busy year with Kami cheering. Claire Marie already wants to cheer, but has to wait till she is in 3rd grade. Meanwhile, Jenna has no interest in cheering...have to find "her thing" for her to do next year.
Here are a few pictures from the past week! Wish us luck in the busy days ahead!
